Account information (name, email, and optionally your home or travel location), pet records you add (photos, vaccinations, medications, weight, documents, care schedules), and contacts you choose to save such as veterinarians, family members, or fosters.
To build and display your pet's Passport, send reminders and records you request, personalize nearby recommendations, and share pet records with the people you invite. We do not sell your personal information.
Pet records are visible only to you and the owners, caregivers, fosters, or rescue organizations you explicitly grant access to. Service providers that host our infrastructure, deliver email, or process documents may handle data on our behalf.
You can edit or remove any record at any time, revoke access you have granted, and delete your entire account from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and sign-in credentials and cannot be undone.
